1 bag Birds Eye® Veggie Made™ Spaghetti Style Pasta with Olive Oil, cooked according to package directions
2 Tbsp.Earth Balance® Organic Whipped or Original Buttery Spread
1 package tricolor or regular shredded carrots
2 cups snow peas, thinly sliced
1 cup prepared teriyaki sauce or glaze
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1/4 cups sliced green onions
Cook meatless meatballs according to package Oven or Microwave directions.
Meanwhile, melt buttery spread over medium-high heat in large skillet and cook shredded carrots and snow peas, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until just tender. Add in prepared pasta and toss to combine. Remove from skillet to serving platter and keep warm.
In same skillet add teriyaki sauce and bring to just a simmer. Add prepared meatless meatballs and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
To serve, top meatless meatballs and sauce from skillet over pasta mixture. Sprinkle with green onions.
