gardein patty: water, cooked brown rice, roasted vegetables (corn, red and green bell peppers), carrots, onions, gluten-free rolled oats, peas, expeller pressed canola oil*, soy protein concentrate*, modified vegetable gum, dehydrated garlic, organic cane sugar, onion powder, sea salt, spices, yeast extract, natural flavors (contains gluten-free soy sauce), paprika, citric acid. *non-genetically engineered soybeans and canola. manufactured in a facility that also processes wheat products.
Microwave: Wrap burger in paper towel. Place on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 3 mins until hot throughout, turning once.
Sauté from frozen: 3 mins on each side until golden brown, cover and keep on low heat for 6 mins.
Oven: Preheat to 400°F. Bake for 20-25 mins on non-stick pan until browned and hot throughout, turning once.
Grill: Preheat grill. Brush burgers with oil, grill for 5 mins, turning once. Cover and cook for an additional 5-6 mins until browned and hot, brushing frequently.
